How can I make a reservation at TAIGA?

On our website you can book your reservation in just 3 clicks. Select your destination, dates and choose your accommodation.

Is it possible to modify or cancel a reservation?

We know that plans change. We have rates available to you such as the Flexible rate, which allows you to cancel your stay without commitment and without prepayment up to 15 days before your arrival. The Non-refundable rate allows you to make a change if necessary, but paying the difference in money with the new dates chosen, but without losing this reservation.

Can I take out insurance?

We also have insurance with Catalana Occidente that we offer for reservations made more than 30 days in advance at the Non-refundable rate so that you can cancel or shorten your stay. All the reasons covered by this insurance to cancel or modify your stay are found in step 2 during the reservation in the cancellation insurance option.

Our pools are open during the summer, ready for you to enjoy under the sun. Check here for specific opening times for each destination.
  • The TAIGA Almería Playa swimming pool is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Opening hours may vary depending on the season).
  • The TAIGA Conil swimming pool is open in summer from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Opening hours may vary depending on the season).
  • The swimming pool at TAIGA Tarifa Punta Paloma is open from 12:00 to 20:00. (Opening hours may vary depending on the season).
  • The TAIGA Delta de l'Ebre swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00 in high season and from 11:00 to 18:00 in mid-season.
  • The TAIGA Lake Caspe swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00 (hours may vary).

What are the reception hours?

  • Our reception team at TAIGA Almería Playa is available to assist you all year round. In low season, from Monday to Thursday, opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and from Friday to Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. During high season, we extend our opening hours and serve you every day from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Our TAIGA Conil reception team will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the low season and from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during the high season.
  • Our reception team at Tarifa Punta Paloma will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the low season and from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the high season.
  • Our reception team at TAIGA Delta de l'Ebre will be happy to assist you from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Our reception team at TAIGA Lake Caspe will be happy to assist you from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

What time can I check in and check out?

  • At TAIGA Almería Playa , you can check in from 15:00 and check out until 11:00.
  • At TAIGA Conil , you can check in from 16:00 and check out until 11:00.
  • At TAIGA Tarifa Punta Paloma , you can check in from 15:00 and check out until 11:00.
  • At TAIGA Delta de l'Ebre , check-in for bungalows and glamping sites is available from 4:00 p.m., while for pitches you can access from 12:00 p.m. Check-out, for both bungalows, glamping sites and pitches, must be done before 12:00 p.m.
  • At TAIGA Lake Caspe , check-in for bungalows is available from 16:00, while for pitches you can access from 12:00. Check-out, for both bungalows and pitches, must be done before 12:00.

At TAIGA we are pet-friendly and we love to welcome your pets. However, there are some restrictions. Pets are not allowed inside the bar, restaurant or pool area. Also, not all of our accommodations allow pets. We recommend that you check the accommodation section on our website for more details.

Yes, in some camping resorts such as TAIGA Delta de l´Ebre we have some spaces where they can run around and enjoy themselves as much as you do.

Yes, although we challenge you to disconnect a little to reconnect with nature.

Of course, a picnic by the sea or on your terrace is totally welcome.

What happens if I arrive after midnight?

Don't worry! There will always be someone to assist you and accompany you to your accommodation. If you arrive at a time when check-in has finished, our security team will be able to assist you. However, if you know that you will be arriving later, you will have to contact the reception or the camping resort before arrival so that you cannot arrange for a smooth check-in when you arrive.

Do you have a luggage storage service?

At TAIGA we take care of you from the first moment, we have a special space for your luggage while you wait for your accommodation to be ready.
